Deborah has argued appeals in the Eleventh Circuit and in the Supreme Court of Georgia.Deborah currently is co-chair of the Commitment to Equality Award Subcommittee of the Women and Minorities in the Profession Committee of the State Bar of Georgia.She was a member of the four-person Subcommittee that introduced the Commitment to Equality Award to the State Bar in 2003 and served as chair of the Subcommittee in 2004.In 2005, Deborah was selected as a “Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star.â€Before joining the firm, Deborah served as a law clerk for the Honorable Phyllis A. Kravitch of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and subsequently was a litigation associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
