   Marny joined the Thornapple staff in 2006 to coordinate internal and external communication, to oversee various adult ministry teams, and some administration.
   
   Marny and her husband Tracy moved to the Grand Rapids area two years ago. Marny grew up in the New York City area and later graduated from North Park University in Chicago. Since then, she and Tracy have lived in Illinois, Missouri, Massachusetts and now Michigan. They have attended Covenant churches in each area where Marny has enjoyed serving in various teaching and administrative roles. Marny and Tracy have two children, a son who is married and lives in North Carolina and a daughter who is attending GVSU. Marny also enjoys gardening and travel.
