   Full Biography: Kristine Camron Danz
   
   Kristine Danz is a partner with Ice Miller's Private Equity/Venture Services Group. Her primary areas of practice include venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, private securities and general corporate matters.
   
   Kristine represents several major venture capital and private equity funds located in the State of Indiana in connection with their portfolio investment transactions, including Gazelle TechVentures Fund, L.P. and Monument Capital Partners. She advises clients on investment structures, federal and state securities law issues, including various private funding exemptions, ERISA issues and tax issues. Kristine's experience includes investment transactions for buyout funds, seed funds, mezzanine funds, SBIC funds and venture capital funds. She also works with many individual angel investors in connection with their investments in privately-held companies. In addition, she has represented several seed and early-stage companies in connection with issues related to corporate formation, Regulation D securities offerings, establishment of equity incentive plans, negotiation and preparation of investment documents and employment relationships. Kristine provides general legal advice to a number of early-stage companies located in Indiana on a variety of legal matters.
   
   In the past, Kristine has assisted clients in a variety of transactions including acquisitions in transportation, construction, software and information technology industries. Kristine also serves as a legal advisor to a number of entrepreneurial companies in such industries as transportation, staffing, information technology consulting and chemical manufacturing.
   
   Kristine graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor of arts in political theory in 1993 and earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1997. Kristine joined Ice Miller in 1997 and is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.
