   "Our technologies have matured to the point that next steps to market are ready for realization, and therefore a spin-off manufacturing company is planned for launch in West Michigan," Sordal CEO Dale Danver said.

   The new spin-off manufacturing company is planned to be incorporated as a female-owned business with Sordal maintaining a minority ownership position and supplying all of the engineering, products, and technology to the new company. "Plant construction is in the preliminary stages and operations are envisioned for early 2006, employing about 100 people initially," Danver said.

   Funeral services for Dale Danver will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 22 at Yntema Funeral Home, 251 S State St., Zeeland, MI 49464 (616-772-2173). Visitation will be 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Bethany Christian Services or the Holland Rescue Mission.
