   Although he grew up in an unbelieving home, God saw fit to save him at the age of thirteen. He went into the Air Force out of High School and then on to Cedarville College. He graduated in 1980 with a BA in Political Science. While a student, God challenged him through various professors with the doctrines of grace and the reformation faith. He joined Kemp Road during his senior year. There he met his wife, Cathi, and they were married in 1981. He has served as an Elder at the church since the mid ′80's, while being employed full time as a software engineer at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
