   Stuart completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota, in psychology, in 1960. He received his master's degree in 1963, in educational psychology, and his educational specialist degree in 1965, in school psychology, from the University of Minnesota. He is currently licensed in the state of Minnesota as a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed school Psychologist. Stuart is declared competent in diagnoses and psychotherapy of older and younger adults, adolescents, and children. He is trained and experienced in several different assessment and therapeutic techniques and works directly with individuals, families, and couples to determine which strategies are the most appropriate for them. He is also declared competent in administrations and supervision of psychologists.
