Darrick Dansby founded New School Cincinnati as a way to attract and retain young urban professionals to the Greater Cincinnati area.Darrick current serves as Executive Director of SmartMoney Community Services.As an active citizen, Darrick serves on a number of boards and committees: 3CDC(Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation) OTR Workgroup, Arts Consortium of Cincinnati, Downtown Cincinnati, Inc, and the OTR Foundation.

Currently, Mr. Dansby is a participant in the Regional Leadership Forum and is a recent graduate of Leadership Cincinnati sponsored by the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce and the Urban League's African American Leadership Development Program.
