   Jay Dansbury joined Nashville Commercial in 2003 and has been active in the real estate industry since 1995. Mr. Dansbury is the Senior Property Manager for the Trademark Business Center. Most recently, Mr. Dansbury was the Area Manager for the BellSouth account, which is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. His facilities management portfolio consisted of approximately 1.5 million square feet with facilities in Louisville, K.Y and Nashville, TN. In this capacity, he oversaw facilities management, financial reporting, project management, maintenance and administration at these facilities. Prior to joining Nashville Commercial, Mr. Dansbury was a Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle and held various positions during his five-year tenure. During that time he worked on the First Merit, Ameritech, Delphi Automotive Systems, and BellSouth assignments totaling over 6.9 million square feet of corporate real estate.
