   One of Dantex's first tasks will be to co-ordinate the European launch of the PolaProof Digital Halftone Proofing System, which has proved so popular in North America since it was introduced at the Print 97 exhibition in Chicago. The PolaProof system is being introduced to join the Polaroid DryJet Advanced Digital Colour Proofing System in the marketplace. A sizeable number of Polaroid DryJet proofing units have now been installed around Europe as printers and publishers recognise the benefits of proofing using real pigment-based inks and actual printing stocks.
