During this period , he became highly proficient using many of the industry's most popular development and authoring tools , including : 3D Studios MAX , Character Studio , Softimage 266 , Infini-D , and Lightwave.
After graduation , Dannerhoj was recruited by 5D Games , allowing him to combine his passion for games with his artistic talents. While employed at 5D Games , Dannerhoj worked on the company's Millennium Four and Star Trek : Deep Space Nine PC CD-Rom game titles.
Dannerhoj helped direct the art team in the creation of high and low polygon game models , 2D textures , game levels , computer-generated special effects , and cutscene cinematics. He also assisted engineering with the creation and development of the artwork stream and schedule. He pioneered innovative new techniques in 3D lighting and texture mapping strategies for in-game and cinematic models.
