   As Assistant General Counsel , Dannehold supported for three years Bank of America's Commercial Special Assets unit , which handles commercial loans in a six-state Midwest region. Her responsibilities in that position included loan documentation , representing the Bank in single and bulk note sales , advising officers concerning workout strategies , creditors' rights , and bankruptcy ; drafting and implementing standard form loan documentation , integrating automated loan documentation processes , and managing outside counsel. Ms. Dannehold has ten years' experience in all aspects of banking gained with Bank of America and its predecessors , NationsBank and Boatmen's. We're pleased to have Sandra join the firm. Her knowledge and experience in the banking industry is an asset to the firm and its clients , said Bill Denton , managing partner of Lathrop & Gage in St. Louis. Prior to working in banking , Dannehold was an associate with Lewis , Rice and Fingersh in St. Louis. Dannehold received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Law School of the University of Chicago in 1982.
