Clients call on him to handle construction litigation, contract negotiation and defect and delay litigation. He also works on mold- and mildew-related disputes and has litigated numerous claims involving moisture intrusion, subsurface conditions and pipe failures. He counsels clients on professional malpractice, delays and road failures as well. In recognition of his work, he has recently been mentioned in Florida Super Lawyers for construction law.
   
   Professional Activities
   
   Mr. Dannecker is involved in various bar association activities, including The Florida Bar Commercial Litigation Section, the American Bar Association Construction Law Section and the Orange County Bar Association Construction Law Committee. He is a former Barrister in the Central Florida Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and has received an "AV," or top rating, from Martindale-Hubbell.
