   Nancy E. Danley, Esq., is part of Bland & Associates, P.C.'s Management Team and specializes in Multi-State Tax Services. Ms. Danley has over sixteen years experience in all facets of Multi-State tax with an emphasis on income/franchise tax and sales & use tax. Her work experience includes day-to-day management and technical advisement for Multi-State projects related to tax minimization strategies, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, restructuring, tax incentives, audit defense, sales & use tax refunds, tax compliance, and tax legislation coalitions. Nancy has assisted a myriad of different businesses, including Fortune 100 companies, with their Multi-State tax needs.
   
   Ms. Danley was recently a Tax Director for Deloitte. She was in charge of Deloitte's Omaha State and Local Tax Practice since her transfer back to Nebraska in 1996 from the New York Tri-State area. Prior to working in Public Accounting, Ms. Danley was with the Nebraska Department of Revenue, Tax Policy Division from 1988 to 1993. While at the Department, Nancy was the State's representative to the American National Standards Institute Project on electronic filing.
