Kathryn Danko-Lord
Ms. Danko-Lord has worked for nearly 20 years in the agribusiness industry. She started out as a broiler service supervisor in live production with Perdue, and then moved into human resources with Mountaire, Townsend, and ConAgra Beef (now Swift & Company). Her experience has been at both corporate locations as well as plant facilities and she has provided human resources support for chicken, beef, and lamb plants, hatcheries, feed mills, rendering facilities, hides plants, and a soybean oil refinery/processing plant, among others.
For the past 5 years, Ms. Danko-Lord has worked with clients in the chicken, turkey, and egg industries as a consultant/trainer. As president of Responsible Resources, a wholly owned company of Agri Stats, she provides training in the areas of animal welfare, leadership, high performance team management, and communication in the workplace.
She received her BS in poultry science from The Ohio State University; she received her MBA from Wilmington College. She lives in Maryland and Indiana with her husband, Jack, and her beloved Yorkshire terriers, Hoppy and Tuscany.
