   Mr. Danis is a Managing Principal and co-founder of RCP.He is responsible for leading the manager research and investment sourcing function of RCP and is a member of the Investment Committee.In addition, Mr. Danis is responsible for covering buyout fund managers in the southeastern region of the United States, and he sits on the advisory boards of several of RCP's underlying funds.He has been involved in the private equity industry for over 13 years.
   
   Prior to RCP, Mr. Danis was a Director of Aon's Financial Sponsors Practice.He was responsible for advising private equity firms on the financial, legal and risk management issues surrounding the due diligence, structuring and valuation of mergers and acquisitions related transactions primarily from a liability perspective.
   
   Mr. Danis is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Executives Club of Chicago and CAPEX.
   
   Mr. Danis received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
