   Danis Retires from DPL Board
   
   DAYTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2003--DPL Inc. (NYSE:DPL) announced today that Thomas J. Danis has retired from the DPL Board of Directors for health and personal business reasons.
