   Evgeny Danilov received his Graduate Degree in International Law in 1971 and his Ph.D. in 1977. He also holds an MBA from the Academy of Economy of the Russian Federation. During his professional career, he has served as a Law Professor for various universities in Russia, and as legal counsel for several institutions. As Senior Legal Analyst for the Institute of State and Law, Dr. Danilov prepared a large number of legal analyses on cooperation between Russia and foreign states and corporations. Dr. Danilov was Head of the Legal Division of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance (COMECON) from 1989 to 1991, where he provided international and internal legal assistance for trade among COMECON countries. As Deputy Director of the Legal and Federative Relations Department of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, and later head of the Legal Department of the State Duma (the Lower House of the Russian Parliament), Dr. Danilov was responsible for all Parliamentary legal matters, including the Federation Treaty, the new Constitution of the Russian Federation, and the drafting of economic, financial and other laws. Dr. Danilov has been a keynote speaker at several major economic conferences. He is the author of numerous professional publications and several books.
