   Mr. Eliahu-Alexander Danilov, General Manager and Founder of Eldanel.
   
   Mr. Danilov achieved his B.Sc. degree in Economics from the Tel Aviv University (Israel). He is also a graduate of the Business Consultants' Course at the Israel Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Information Technologies Course at the BAAN Corporation.
   
   Since 1997, Mr. Danilov is a licensed business consultant for the Israel Ministry of Industry and Trade. Since 1998, he is a licensed consultant in international marketing for the Israel Export Institute.
   
   Mr. Danilov possesses 7 years' experience in the development of business plans for investment funds, state funds, commercial banks, and private investors. His areas of specialization also include financial planning and supervision. He has in-depth knowledge and vast expertise in business development, international marketing, business and strategic consulting.
   
   In addition to his management functions, Mr. Danilov worked in the following areas:
   
   business plans for private investors, investment funds, state funds, industrial and technological companies, and commercial banks in Israel, Austria, and UK; business development and international marketing; business and strategic consulting; business training for entrepreneurs and managers.
