   Cam is a partner at MESA Research Group.His work focuses on assisting leaders and management teams to revise future direction and opportunity amid the turbulence of personal, organizational, and societal change.His research has appeared in the Academy of Management Executive, Human Resource Development Quarterly, Business Horizons, and The American Benedictine Review.He has designed or conducted executive development programs for 3M, Anthem, AT&T, BP, British Airport Authority, Boston Scientific, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cinergy, Dow Chemical, EDS, Eli Lilly & Co., FedEx, Ingersoll-Rand, Lucent Technologies, Manitowoc, Monsanto, The Nature Conservancy, Philips Electronics, Prudential (London), Rolls-Royce, Saudi Aramco, Shell International (London), Sara Lee, UTi, Whirlpool, and Xerox.
   
   Cam has conducted workshops on executive development in Eastern Europe, Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia and served as the Project Coordinator of the MUCIA/USAID Management Training and Economics Education Program in Central and Eastern Europe.He developed the Global Partnership for Executive Development, a joint venture program between the Kelley School of Business and INSEAD.He is currently director of the Global Leadership Program, a consortium of companies on 3 continents focused on development and delivery of a senior executive leadership programs.
   
   Cam's background includes 20 years in charge of executive education at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.He also was a speechwriter for the President of Indiana University and a member of the faculty at the U.S. Air Force Academy.Cam received a B.A. in Classical Studies from the University of Kansas, a Medieval Studies Certificate and an M.A. in English Literature from Indiana University.He is an alumnus of the Monroe Institute Gateway and Guidelines Programs (1994 and 1996, respectively), the Xerox Middle Management Program (1990), the American Center for International Leadership US-USSR Exchange Program (1985), and the U.S. Air Force Squadron Officer School (in residence - 1981)

   Cam talked about how to sell training to the CEO."Messages like, 'being an employer of choice,' or 'creating an environment that attracts the best' are ideas that sell to executive management."Cam told of one study where a company did an annual evaluation of employee satisfaction.They were able to demonstrate that if they got 25% of their management to go through a leadership development program, they could measure an increase in overall employee satisfaction.
