   Tania Daniels is a Principal in the Horne Daniels Group and specializes in business process analysis, strategic technology, and knowledge management consulting. Tania has over fifteen years experience developing knowledge management and business-oriented technology solutions.
   
   Tania has extensive experience developing business requirements for and implementing knowledge management systems, document management systems, client extranets, matter centric solutions, work product retrieval systems, portals, and client relationship management systems.
   
   Prior to forming the Horne Daniels Group, she was Senior Consultant with a law firm consulting company, where she focused on knowledge management, business process analysis and client relationship management consulting.
   
   Previously, she was Director of Knowledge Management at Howrey Simon Arnold & White LLP and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. During her tenure at both firms, her mandates were to identify and deliver each firm's know-how to attorneys, staff and clients in a user-friendly environment, ensure that firm technology usage was in compliance with legal and ethical requirements, and ensure that technology was aligned with attorney and staff workflow procedures.
   
   Currently a non-practicing attorney, she holds a J.D. from California Western School of Law, and a M.L.S. and B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
