   Sandy Daniels, president and CEO of the Johnson County Community Foundation, explained to those who had gathered the part the foundation could play. "Donations are tax deductible. The foundation can accommodate stock gifts, be a charitable lockbox, and work with the county." Today, the fund was opened. An advisory committee will be formed to assist in preliminary decision making.
   
   "This project will be successful," says Daniels. "The partners around the table are all committed to a common goal and willing to share their respective skills and energies. It involves local and county government, the Center Grove School Corporation and the Center Grove Education Foundation, local churches, the county highway department, council members, JCCF, community leaders and citizens." She noted that the Center Grove Education Foundation will coordinate all fundraising activities in the school community; whereas JCCF will coordinate the community based fundraising.
   
   Daniels noted that the committee volunteers are already working on the plan's details and will share information with the public as it becomes available.
