Richard Daniels brings 33 years of experience in accounting, operations, and service across private enterprise and governmental entities.Daniels previously worked at Port Arthur International Public Port as Director of Finance.In his prior experience, Daniels held senior level accounting and operations positions with Beaumont Housing Authority, City of Port Neches, and Texas Commerce Bancshares; now J. P. Morgan Chase.Daniels earned a BBS in Accounting from Lamar University and a MS in Accounting from the University of Houston.Daniels has been a CPA since 1975.
