Martin P. Daniels concentrates in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, non-profit institutions and real estate. Martin received his B.A. degree from Skidmore College in 1985, his M.Sc. degree in Political Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1986, and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1990.
Martin is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the Trusts and Estates Law and Real Property Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association, and the Estates and Probate, Planning and Zoning, and Real Property Sections of the Connecticut Bar Association.
