   Martha Daniels is Director of the Homeless Services Coordinating Council, a collaborating arm of the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County, Inc. She holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Houston. During her nearly four years as Director, Martha has worked with Council agencies to acquire approximately $35 million in HUD McKinney Act Homeless Assistance funds and has witnessed a twenty percent increase in Council membership. During the upcoming year, Martha looks forward to working with Council agencies on a homeless enumeration and needs assessment, a 10-year plan to end chronic homelessness and the Homeless Management Information System.
