Lauren Daniels is an Endorsed HealthRhythms FacilitatorÔ for Remo drums, and a regular HealthRhythms facilitator at the Remo Recreational Music Center in North Hollywood.She is completing her music therapy internship through Arts and Services for the Disabled and Cal State University, Northridge.Lauren holds a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance and percussion from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.

Lauren Daniels is a music therapy intern at Music and Movin', having completed her music therapy course and fieldwork at Cal State University, Northridge.Lauren holds a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance and percussion from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.She is also an endorsed HealthRhythms Facilitator for Remo drums.A Chicago native, Lauren moved to Los Angeles post-graduation, where she became Managing Director of The Foliage Theatre Project, a professional Shakespeare company that roamed the grounds of the La Brea Tar Pits and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.There she performed, and taught Shakespeare to kids ages 4 to 14.Lauren has a newly deepened love for early childhood music thanks to the arrival of her soon-to-be one year old son.

Lauren Daniels, a music therapy student at CSUN, holds the Health RHYTHMS class on Thursday nights.

"This type of program can help people who have autism, are physically disabled or even people who have had a stroke," Daniels said."It helps them communicate through music."

Daniels has worked at Remo's a little over a year and has been drumming since the age of nine.
