Jennifer specializes in the design of marketing materials, solicitation of tenants and creation of project reports for shopping center development and leasing projects, including such well known locations as Plaza Escuela-Walnut Creek, The Shops at Bishop Ranch-San Ramon, Pinole Vista Crossing-Pinole, Power Plaza-Vacaville, The Crossings-Antioch, Century Plaza-Pittsburg, Encina Grande-Walnut Creek and Orinda Theatre Square-Orinda.

Jennifer's professionalism and expertise has strengthened her working relationship with such developers as Keenan Land Company, Regency Centers, Western Investment Real Estate Trust, The Kivelstadt Group, and AMB/BTS.

Jennifer has participated in major tenant representation, site selection services, and property dispositions for many retail tenants including Border's Books & Music, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wells Fargo Bank, Togo's/Baskin Robbins, Circuit City, Walgreens, Target, Bank of America, Party America, The Right Start, and Calico Corners.

Jennifer graduated from Webster University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Communications and she is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Jennifer and her husband reside in San Francisco.
