   Eric is the Vice President of Technology and Product Development for BP Solar. Eric began his 20+ year (10 years technical, 10 years commercial) solar career working on the development of low-cost solar cell technology. This work led to the start up and management of two production lines in Maryland and JVs in Europe.
   
   Eric left Siemens Solar in 1997 to join Solarex as director of sales and marketing. He then became the Vice President of Component Sales for BP Solar following the merger of BP Solar and Solarex. Eric managed the integration of the global BP Solar and Solarex distribution sales teams and customer base.
