   Another political backslider running for election this fall is Bret Daniels, who's hoping to win a seat on the Citrus Heights City Council.Daniels served as city councilman and mayor of Citrus Heights until resigning in 2005.

   Bret Daniels, former Mayor of Citrus Heights, is truly the Better qualified of the two to be the next Sheriff of Sacramento County.Bret's opponent, The Great Undersheriff John McGinness is not honest with the media or the people.Yes, Bret's had a few past controversies but none that disqualify him from running the department.John and his friends say that Bret's not qualified to run the department.

   Former deputy and Citrus Heights Mayor Bret Daniels is running for Sacramento County Sheriff for the third time.
