   Alicia Daniels, Adoption Associate. Alicia began working at Gift of Love as an intern in May 2002. She has always been interested in adoption and after graduating from Iowa State University in August 2002 she came to work part-time at the agency. Alicia works with families in all programs, assisting with paperwork and procedures in every step of the process. The most memorable of which, for her, was calling her first family to tell them that they had their referral! Alicia will also be focusing more on managing the Latin American programs in the coming months.
