   In other Board of Medicine business , members suspended the license of Dr. William Douglas Daniel , a Buckhannon obstetrician/gynecologist. Daniel had been put on probation in May for lacking professionalism in treating four women at Summersville Memorial Hospital.
   
   He then was ordered to attend at his own cost a review course at the Colorado Personalized Education for Physicians academy. But when he failed to provide evidence over several months why he couldn't afford to attend the course , the board took further action , according to board documents.
   
   If Daniel does not attend the review course and provide an assessment of his skills to the board by April 2006 , his license will be revoked , the board voted.
