   Ms. Daniel is the CEO and President of Information Management Resources, Inc. (IMRI). IMRI is a privately held technology integration company that delivers comprehensive enterprise solutions including products and services that empowers its customers to effectively manage their IT infrastructure and systems. IMRI provides consulting services primarily to federal, state and local municipal governments in the areas of Bandwidth and Telecommunication Services, Enterprise Services, and Application Integration & Custom Software Development.
   
   Prior to IMRI, Ms. Daniel's 15 years corporate career spanned from mainframe programming to Chief Information Officer working for such companies as Aerojet General, Bekins Transportation, ARCO, IBM and FDIC. In 1992, Ms. Daniel founded IMRI to provide technical and operation support for the Resolution Trust Corporation's (RTC) legal litigation teams. Her leadership, perseverance and vision expanded IMRI into systems integration during the Year 2000 crisis. She co-authored a book entitled, "On the Otherside of Midnight 2000, An Executive Guide to the Year 2000 Problem".
   
   Ms. Daniel continues to develop and strengthen IMRI's core systems integration expertise. Over the years, IMRI has been recognized from coast to coast for its outstanding contracts performances. IMRI has helped many of the nation's fortune 1000 corporations and federal agencies implement technical solutions. The company's client list includes the Department of Defense (DOD), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Southern California Edison Company, Deloitte Consulting, EDS, IBM, ARCO, Pacific Gas & Electric, International Paper, City of Memphis, City of Los Angeles, Metropolitan Water District, State of California and many more. Ms. Daniel, a Veteran with the United States Navy, graduated with honors earning her BS degree in Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University and her Master's in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. Ms. Daniel has received a number of honors and awards for her business acumen and accomplishments including SBA Small Minority Business of the Year and The National Living History Maker Award sponsored by Turning Point Magazine and Wells Fargo Bank.
   
   Affiliate & Community Services Ms. Daniel is the Chairwoman of the School of Business Advisory Counsel (BAC) for California Polytechnic University. She is a founding member of the Women Philanthropy of Orange County United Way, a member of The Trusteeship (an affiliate of International Women Forum), Orange County NAWBO, and Orange County NAACP. Her community work and fund-raising efforts have been on behalf of Christ Our Redeemer (COR) Development Center - Martin Luther King's Minority Scholarship; United Way of Orange County; American Diabetes Association; March of Dimes; Children's Hospital of Orange County, and Orange County Girls Inc.
   
   Awards Ms. Daniel has received a number of honors for her business acumen and accomplishments.

   Martha V. Daniel, founder, president and CEO of IMRI of Costa Mesa, a management consulting firm specializing in eBusiness and systems integration, supplemental IT staffing and outsourcing services. Ms. Daniel founded IMRI in 1992 and now manages the multimillion-dollar consulting practice, providing technical expertise to clients based on more than 20 years' experience in management consulting and information systems.
