Their son, Mark Daniel, was treated for 9 months in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Sadly, their son passed on in July of 2002.
During the period that their son was treated Mark became close to the physicians, nurses and staff at Golisano Children's Hospital. At that time Mark was asked to join the Board. Mark is a wonderful Board member with a sincere desire to help the children.
Mark is owner of Siewert Equipment Co. located on Akron Street in Rochester. He also serves on the Boards of Mary Cariola Children's Center, Heritage Christian Homes and Al Sigl Foundation.
