The absolute best guy to go with is Oniel with Rent-A-Cell.You call him about 5 to 6 days before you arrive and he will give you the phone number you will have in Jamaica.It is fairly cheap, about 20 bucks plus air time (an hour is about 30 bucks ... incoming calls are free).He will meet you at the Hedo lobby when you arrive and deliver the phone to you and show you how to use it.

Oniel Daley gave great service.He provided me with a Jamaaica cell phone number before I left home.This was very helpful as I could leave the number on my voice mail/answering machine.

He showed up on time with a phone.The rates were reasonable and additional minutes could be added simply with a phone call.He picked up the phone on time.There's voice mail on the phone and no charge for in-coming calls.I was very satisfied with the service.A decent guy.Also met Mrs. Daley.Nice gal.
