About Norm Daley: Norm brings years of training and discipline as an airborne communications team leader and a professional military education instructor in the United States Air Force to the real estate industry. Retiring from the Air Force, Norm became a manpower organization structure specialist and consulted with the Army and Air Force in Europe. His communication and organization skills were instrumental in his being the first civilian selected to become a part of a Joint Forces Mil to Mil Team. He visited several Eastern European Countries and presented staff briefings on US Forces Organization Structure. His diverse world view coupled with his dedication and professionalism is apparent in Norm's interaction with customers from all walks of life. He earned a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and a Masters degree in Education from Boston University. He truly understands the value of hard work and perserverance and applies this work ethic to his customers in helping them achieve their real estate goals. Norm is active in the Halifax Chamber of Commerce and is the Vice Chair of the Ambassadors Committee. He is also the President of the Daytona Beach Toastmasters Club.
