Nicola Daley (Business Advice Team)

Nicola joined Train 2000 in November 20004 and, through her experiences both as an employee, in a voluntary capacity and on a personal level, she comes from a diverse and varied background.

After working as a Promotions Manager in the leisure industry, Nicola joined Age Concern where she worked as a Day Centre Co-ordinator and also undertook a befriending role.Following this, she spent time travelling and visited a number of countries including Thailand, Australia and Hong Kong.

Following an Access Course in Living Arts, Nicola then went on to work in a voluntary capacity for Remploy, an organisation which helps people with disabilities find employment.Within this role Nicola, who has a physical disability herself, assisted the Business Development Manager.Nicola has gained Level One in both British Sign Language and Deaf/Blind Communication and Awareness.
