Nadine has over 14 years of professional experience in HR, diversity, access and equity and community and social services.This encompasses leading, motivating and coaching teams of HR professionals in a multi-disciplinary environment; managing and overseeing resources; developing innovative solutions to complex HR issues; interpretation and administration of HR legislation, regulations and policies; providing advice and services to multiple clients in various disciplines; and designing, delivering and measuring training programs.She has a particular interest in women's, youth and children's issues and services.Her experience comes from the public sector.Nadine currently holds the position of Manager, Human Resources with the Town of Markham, where she has worked since 2004.Prior to that, she held different HR managerial positions with Health Canada and HRDC.

She also has over 10 years of volunteer experience including affiliations with the Urban Alliance of Race Relations, The Donwood, York Central Hospital, Wellesley General, Mount Sinai and The Good Sheppard.Nadine was a member of the numerous committees including Ontario Staffing Council, Employment Equity and Diversity Committee, HR Resource Management Committee and HR Regional Executive Committee, etc.Nadine was a member of the York Region Food Network Board of Directors in 2007 .

Education:Nadine is five courses away from holding a BA Degree in Psychology from the McMaster University.Additionally, she holds certificates in Occupational Health and Safety, Employment Standards, Organizational Analysis and Design, Project Management, Facilitation and Presentation Techniques, etc.Nadine has received numerous awards and recognitions.
