Al Dales has an extensive and ongoing career and background in Sales, Marketing and Fundraising with respect to residential, resort and resort-type developments.He is Vice President of ConceptBank Corp. based in British Columbia and is actively involved in the Granby Harbour at Ladysmith Project.This Project is an innovative re-urbanization of the waterfront at the town of Ladysmith B.C. and covers approximately 100 acres of ocean front Lands as well as a number of water-lot based elements.The Project has acquired First, Second and Third reading of its new Re-Zoning Bylaw, and is progressing rapidly through the remainder of the Planning/Approvals process.Mr. Dales was previously consulting to The Real Land Development Company of Calgary, Alberta.Directly previous to this, he was consulting to Vertex Properties of Calgary, and was successful in facilitating the placement of a seven figure funding for a Vertex Project in Edmonton, Alberta.

Mr. Dales was the major driving force in the successful Sales and Marketing thrust for the 600 acre Discovery Ridge Project in Calgary.This project was designed to include a variety of inventory including villas, apartment style condominiums, seniors lifestyle village, town homes, retail facilities, a resort style hotel, recreation facilities and single family homes in a broad range of price points.Mr. Dales played an integral part in raising debenture/investment unit money and a major, seven figure funding for this project.

Mr. Dales is extremely familiar with the Los Cabos area of Mexico, having lived in San Jose Del Cabo for a number of years.During that time, Mr. Dales became intimately familiar with the Los Cabos area and was an integral part of the management of the marketing and sales team for the 2500 acre Cabo Real project.He also managed Callimaya Bienes Raices, a general Real Estate company and developer located in San Jose Del Cabo.

Consequently, Mr. Dales is an expert in the marketing and selling of Mexican Real Estate and in the intricacies of foreign ownership as it relates to Mexican resort properties.

His unique talents, knowledge, abilities and powerful network make him an invaluable asset to any development whether it is residential or resort oriented.

Mr. Dales was the National Sales Manager for Manufactured Structures, a nationwide designer and builder of energy efficient commercial and residential structures.Mr. Dales was responsible for setting up, training and maintaining a successful team of sales professionals and a Dealer Network that stretched from coast to coast in Canada.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Dales has successfully completed a number of sales, marketing and motivational seminars and classes.

Mr. Dales has successfully completed the Real Estate 1000 and the Mortgage Broker 1000 courses through A.R.E.A. and R.E.C.A. in Alberta.

Mr. Dales is very active in The Center for Positive Living, a Calgary Church and has completed the First, Second and Third Year levels of the Science Of Mind spiritual training.
