Michelle Dailey Joins QIP as Customer Service Supervisor

LAKE FOREST, Calif. , Quality Imaging Products (QIP) is pleased to announce that Michelle Dailey has joined the company as the customer service supervisor.
Dailey will be responsible for the customer service department, which is responsible for satisfying each and every customer from the point of sale through to product delivery.In this role, Dailey will evaluate and improve existing processes, standardize call flow, analyze the daily work processes to ensure quality and provide efficiency and accuracy to every call.

Prior to joining QIP, Dailey was the senior manager for quality control and customer service for Travel 800, a division of Travel Services International.
Previously, Dailey was leisure and international sales manager for Cendant Travel.She was responsible for leadership of the sales and training departments and the development of travel-related training materials.
Dailey received her B.A. from the University of Nebraska with a major in human development and family rehabilitation and a minor in social work.
