    Michael F. Dailey Senior Trial Attorney

    While attending Fordham Law School, Mr. Dailey served in the New York City Police Department's Legal Bureau, as a liaison with the City of New York Corporation Counsel, defending police officers charged with civil rights violations. After law school, Mr. Dailey served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, conducting numerous evidentiary hearings, Grand Jury presentations and trials. Mr. Dailey returned to the Police Department, where he served several years in the Special Prosecutor's Office, prosecuting police officers for corruption and serious misconduct. He was eventually promoted to the Department's Advocate's office where he supervised fifteen attorneys. Mr. Dailey retired from the police department as a lieutenant, and joined Kuczinski, Vila & Associates, LLP, as a trial attorney. Mr. Dailey has had numerous trials in both criminal and civil matters. He is admitted in both New York and New Jersey and the Federal Courts. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
