DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 2005--Opus Northwest, L.L.C., a full-service commercial and residential real estate development company, announced the addition of Michael Dailey as manager of real estate development.

Dailey brings extensive real estate portfolio management experience to Opus Northwest.His duties will include development coordination with responsibility for identifying and planning new projects, establishing project schedules and budgets while ensuring leasing and sale activity.

Prior to joining Opus Northwest, Dailey served as real estate portfolio manager, where he negotiated sales and leasing contracts for a global portfolio.Dailey previously was a real estate project manager for the Trust for Public Land, where he negotiated the acquisition and sale of properties valued at $20 million.Dailey also served as a development officer with Centrefund Group and as a real estate representative with Safeway, Inc.

But, as in any estimation, the numbers are far from hard and fast, said Mike Dailey, who works in Level 3's real estate division and lives in Rock Creek.
