Chester H. Curtis

Mr. Curtis was born in Montgomery , Alabama , in 1913 and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi , and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.He served as Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Mississippi from 1951 to 1953.

He received his B.A. and L.L.B. from the University of Mississippi , where he was a member of Phi Eta Sigma , Blue Key and Omicron Delta Kappa honorary societies.
