Charley Curtis - Executive Sous Chef and Banquet ChefExecutive Sous Chef and Banquet Chef Charley Curtis is a native Alaskan, but has worked in the southwest for most of the past 15 years.A graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, he is excited to have recently moved to Durango from Arizona.In the Phoenix metro area, he was working at golf and resort communities as Executive Chef at the Oakwood/Ironwood Country Clubs in Chandler and The Foothills Gold Club in Ahwatukee.He also spent three years working as a Back-Stage Caterer for major music and sporting events in Phoenix, San Diego and Las Vegas.Moving to Durango has been a goal of Chef Charley's and he is pleased to be a part of the team!
