Bob Cummins works with Business Development and is responsible for the design, development and delivery of training and development offerings for the cooperative members. He joined Land O'Lakes, Inc. in 2008. Bob brings over 30 years experience in sales, marketing, training and organizational development focused on helping leaders define and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve operational effectiveness. He has worked for companies such as 3M, Imation, the Schwan Food Company and has consulted and trained hundreds of sales and marketing professionals throughout the U.S., Latin America, and Africa. Bob has also facilitated a number of seminars on topics including strategic planning, sales effectiveness, and coaching. Bob received his Masters degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) with an emphasis in International Marketing.

Bob Cummins, President of Stillwater Consulting, Inc. is a consultant and leadership coach.Bob brings over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, training and organizational development helping leaders set and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve operational effectiveness.Bob has consulted and trained 100's of sales and marketing professionals throughout the U.S., Latin American and Africa.Bob also teaches seminars in strategic planning, systems thinking for managers and coaching.

He received his Masters of International Management (M.I.M) from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) with an emphasis in international marketing.Bob has been actively involved in the ASTD-TCC Program Committee since 2003 and is past president of the board of directors for Ashland Productions, a local theatre company.He is also a member of the Minnesota Coaches Association.Bob is excited about the opportunity to focus on strategic marketing for ASTD-TCC.

Bob Cummins is a leadership development coach bringing over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, training and organizational development. He is president of Stillwater Consulting, Inc. and has just joined Land O'Lakes Human Resources to focus efforts on developing a leadership program for their co-op members. His previous corporate experiences have been with 3M, Imation and the Schwan Food Company in international business development, product marketing, sales, training and organizational development.

Bob has taught Strategic Planning and Measurement, Integrated Management as well as Coaching and Feedback for the U of M College of Continuing Education and has a Masters of International Management, American Graduate School of International Management. He is a member of International Coach Federation, Minnesota Coaches Association, is a board member for ASTD-TCC, and past President of the Board of Directors for Ashland Productions.
