¨ Hector L. Cruz is currently the Technical Specialist in charge of Cooling Towers and Air Cooled Condensers for the Bechtel Power Corporation. ¨ He previously worked for GEA as a part-time Parts Specialist while working on a PhD at the Colorado School of Mines.He was then promoted into the Engineering Managers Position.He held eight state contractor's licenses for cooling towers, boilers, and solar systems. ¨ Before that, he designed cooling towers and heat sink equipment for ADM-Archer Daniels Midland Co. in Decatur, IL where he was responsible for design, purchasing, erection, repairs, and maintenance of cooling towers and condensers. ¨ Prior to ADM, he had a successful business and 12 yr career in the water treatment industry.
