Peter has over ten years consulting experience gained initially as an application consultant and, prior to joining Adventus, for several years with Ernst and Young as a management consultant.

He is an experienced project manager and business analyst with extensive experience of systems implementations, requirements gathering, gap analysis and business process re-engineering.

Peter undertook the Cranfield University Fellowship of Manufacturing Management programme prior to launching his consulting career and has used the skills and knowledge gained there in a wide variety of industry sectors.These have included public sector, service organisations and manufacturing industries.
