Stephen P. Crowther, CHMM
Stephen Crowther is the Assistant Environmental Manager for the Virginia Department of Transportation's Fredericksburg District. For the past ten years Mr. Crowther has performed transportation related hazardous materials project studies and reviews for National Environmental Policy Act documents (categorical exclusions, environmental assessments, and environmental impact statements). He is currently responsible for management of a broad range of environmental compliance and commitment issues leading to NEPA document development for the Federal Highway Administration.
Mr. Crowther has enjoyed working on environmental concerns for 24 years with private consulting and government agencies. He has been a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager since 1991 and served as past Treasurer of the National Capital Chapter - ACHMM.
