   Christine is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, having qualified in 1982, and a Chartered Insurer.She began her insurance career with Royal Insurance Group in Manchester in 1976 as Underwriting Assistant in the Commercial Insurance Department, responsible for underwriting and policy administration for property, liability, accident and motor business.In 1980 she moved to the Isle of Man and joined Bowring (Isle of Man) Limited (now J & H Marsh & McLennan), where she was responsible for a number of commercial clients.
   
   In 1982, Christine joined Isle of Man Assurance Group where she served as a director, specialising in captive management with their subsidiary, Isle of Man Insurance Management Limited, becoming Managing Director in 1988.Christine's strong technical background means that she undertakes the role of the company's technical insurance expert.
