   In 1994, Nancy became Principal Dancer with the Company, making her career debut as Odette/Odile in Swan Lake.In her ten seasons with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, she was noted by critics and audiences alike for her versatility and musicality.

   Nancy began teaching in 1997.She has taught for Pittsburgh Youth Ballet, North Shore School of Dance and Chicago Ballet Arts in Chicago, Ballet Divertimento in Montreal and The School of Ballet Arizona in Phoenix.She has choreographed for the Company dancers in Pittsburgh and Montreal, as well as for her students in Montreal and Phoenix.

   This is due in no small part to the fact that School Director Nancy Crowley was herself a principal dancer with BALLET ARIZONA, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, and was a member of Chicago's Joffrey Ballet.
