Marcia Crowley is a Crime Prevention Officer with the Prince William County Police Department.She is a Virginia Tech graduate with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Heath Education.Upon completion of her degree in 1993, she joined the Prince William County Police Department.Her duties have included being a Patrol Officer, a Vice and Narcotics Officer and currently a Crime Prevention Officer.

As a Crime Prevention Officer, she has personally overseen and supported over 40 Neighborhood Watches within the Eastern District of Prince William County.Further, she has been responsible for updating the training materials that are used to educate Neighborhood Watch participants and citizens alike.She has taken a special interest in Personal Safety issues.She is a recent graduate of the R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) program, and she is working towards becoming a certified R.A.D. Instructor in the near future.

Officer Crowley currently holds the honor of being the Secretary for the Virginia Crime Prevention Association and the Vice President of the Northern Virginia Crime Prevention Association.She is a recent applicant for the Crime Prevention Specialist Certification.
