   M. Lisanne Crowley is a Partner in the firm's Energy group. Resident in the DC office, she joined the firm in 1984. She received a BA in Anthropology in 1981 from Wellesley College where she was a Wellesley Scholar. In 1984, she earned a law degree from Northwestern University School of Law cum laude, where she was Articles Editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. She is a member of the American Bar Association Section on Natural Resources, Energy and Environment and the Federal Energy Bar Association. Ms. Crowley is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, and various federal courts.
